Terms of Service

Last updated September 22, 2026

These are the rules for using Rizz Battle. They are short on purpose β€” the important parts are the age limit, how you treat the person on the other end of the camera, and not faking matches.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rizz Battle. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

Rizz Battle pairs you on live video with a stranger. Think about that before you turn your camera on, and about what is visible behind you.

How to behave

You are on camera with a real person who did not choose you. The rules are short:

  • β€’No nudity, sexual content, or sexual conduct of any kind.
  • β€’No harassment, threats, slurs, or hate speech.
  • β€’No recording, screenshotting, or redistributing your opponent without their explicit knowledge and agreement.
  • β€’Do not share personal details β€” yours or anyone else's β€” during a battle.
  • β€’Do not use the service to break the law, or to encourage anyone else to.

Battle video consent

The built-in Consent to recordings option activates only when both players choose it before the match. A visible REC indicator confirms that recording is active.

By choosing it, you agree that both players may download and share that battle clip. Do not enable recording if you do not want the other player to keep or post the clip. Rizz Battle does not upload or store the finished video.

The AI judge

Battles are scored by an automated judge. It is entertainment. It is not an assessment of you, your worth, your attractiveness, or your actual social skills, and it is not always going to agree with you.

Scores and ratings can be recalculated, corrected, or reset if scoring changes or if something goes wrong. We do not guarantee a rating is permanent.

Accounts and handles

An account is optional β€” you can battle as a guest. If you create one:

  • β€’Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • β€’Do not pick a handle that impersonates someone else, or that is offensive.
  • β€’Handles can be changed once every 30 days, and we may reclaim one that breaks these rules.
  • β€’Ratings only move in matches between two signed-in players. Your first 10 battles are placements.

Fair play

The ladder only means anything if the matches behind it are real. The following will get results voided and can get an account removed:

  • β€’Using more than one account to play yourself, or arranging losses with someone else.
  • β€’Submitting fabricated match results, or tampering with anything the site sends our servers.
  • β€’Automating play, or using scripts or bots in place of actually battling.

Ending access

We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and we can do it without notice where someone is being harmed.

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by email.

No warranty

Rizz Battle is provided as-is and free of charge. We do not promise it will always be available, that matchmaking will always find you an opponent, or that every battle will be judged without error.

We are not responsible for what another player says or does during a battle. If someone behaves badly, stop the match and email us.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
